Welcome to the Office of Student Life (OSL) online! OSL administers Campus Organizations, Fraternities & Sororities, and Leadership Development, as well as several special activities initiatives including After Dark, CommUnity Grants, and Student-Initiated Outreach Programming. Get Involved in Campus Organizations

  1. 1. Register your Individual Account on OrgSync (click 'Access OrgSync' above).
  2. 2. Log in to OrgSync and complete your Campus Profile.
  3. 3. Join or Create an Organization and get involved!

 

Register a New or Continuing Campus Organization

  1. 1. Register your Individual Account on OrgSync (click 'Access OrgSync' above).
     
  2. 2. In OrgSync, click 'Register New Organization' in the 'Organizations' tab. Complete the registration form, which will be sent to OSL for review.

    Note: You will need a digital copy of your organization's constitution (Word or PDF format). If you do not have a copy, please contact OSL by E-mail to obtain a scanned copy. (Alternatively, a Constitution Template is available.) You will also need contact information for at least three officers and your advisor.
     
  3. 3. Submit a Signatory Form. You will download this form during the OrgSync organization registration process.
     
  4. 4. Pay the OSL Registration Fee. Priority registration is $50 (due by September 30, 2011). Standard registration is $75. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check (payable to UC Regents), or OSL account Requisition.
     
  5. 5. Attend Organization Orientation. Upcoming sessions are included in the 'Upcoming Events' section on the right-hand side of this page.
     
  6. 6. Follow essential OrgSync Portal Setup Instructions to make the most of your new Org management system.
